More Than Academic Support — A Life Skill System
Sustainable Excellence runs alongside core academic study as a weekly MasterClass — 75 minutes of structured, expert-led personal development. Across four domains and 15 sessions, students build a portfolio of five artefacts covering emotional regulation, self-awareness, performance sustainability, and university and career planning.
Wellbeing at UGA is not a pastoral add-on. It is taught with the same rigour as any academic subject.

Academic pressure is a reality of secondary education. What varies is how equipped students are to handle it. Research consistently shows that emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness are among the strongest predictors of long-term academic success — yet they are rarely taught explicitly.
UGA builds these skills from Year 10, session by session. By the time your child faces high-stakes exams, university applications, or the transition to adult life, they will have spent a year developing the tools to navigate all of it — calmly, strategically, and with a clear sense of direction.
