Each year, UGA students come together for two immersive trips — one in the UAE and one international — combining cultural exploration, community service, and peer connection to build global perspective and resilience.

Two Trip Categories
Explore new countries, engage with local traditions, and develop cross-cultural fluency through guided experiences designed to broaden worldview and deepen understanding.
Contribute to meaningful projects in education, conservation, and community development — gaining first-hand experience of social impact while building leadership and teamwork skills.
Every Trip Includes:
• Pre-departure orientation and cultural briefing
• On-ground coordination by experienced trip leaders
• Structured daily reflection and journaling
• Post-trip debrief and portfolio documentation
• 24/7 supervision and safety protocols
Destinations and itineraries are announced each academic year. All trips are organised in partnership with A Learning Lab.
